On November 3rd, 2025, from 8:30pm PT to November 5th, 2025, at 1:00am PT, we will be testing a network change in our Sandbox environment. During this time, any solutions that are connecting directly to our IP's may see disruption due to our IP's changing. It is recommended that any 3rd party solution connect directly to our domains and not by IP.
Impact to Clients: Follow-on transactions (voids, refunds and "Prior Authorization Capture" transactions) Merchant Interface access, including Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS) access Partner Interface access The Authorize.net hosted payment form and Simple Checkout CAPTCHA verification Customer Information Manager (CIM) API Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) API Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) transactions will process as if AFDS filters are not enabled Authorize.net mPOS app transaction processing (Android and iOS) Verified Merchant Seal.
