The issue affecting multiple portal Interface has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Identified

Partial recovery has been done and mPOS and Windows App is working as expected.

We have identified the issue affecting the issue of the Merchant and Partner Interface.

We appreciate your patience as we work urgently to implement a mitigation.

Impact: Users may experience login issues with Merchant and/or Partner Interface.

Update

After further investigation, more impact had been identified. This include mPOS and Windows App.

We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.

Impact: Users may experience issues with login for Mulitples Portal Interface.

This incident affected: Portals (Access/Login - Merchant Interface/Portal, Access/Login - Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS), Access/Login - Partner Interface/Portal, Access/Login - Windows App).
