Update - We will be performing Production system maintenance on June 21st, 2026, beginning at 8:30PM Pacific, lasting for approximately 60 minutes with intermittent service interruption. Though services will be impacted, no service should be unavailable for the entirety of the update window.

Impact to Clients: Follow-on transactions (voids, refunds and "Prior Authorization Capture" transactions) Merchant Interface access, including Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS) access Partner Interface access The Authorize.net hosted payment form and Simple Checkout CAPTCHA verification Customer Information Manager (CIM) API Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) API Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) transactions will process as if AFDS filters are not enabled Authorize.net mPOS app transaction processing (Android and iOS) Verified Merchant Seal

Resolved - The issue affecting the Sandbox and Partner Login has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: Users are now able to login to Sandbox as normal.

Investigating - Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting the login process for Sandbox and Partner Login.

We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.

Impact: There is an issue with the Sandbox login where users are unable to log in after entering their credentials. The page continues to load and redirects to https://demo.authorize.net/ebc2/login. This issue is also occurring with the Partner login for Sandbox accounts.
